Physician Assistant

Melissa leads our Breast Cancer Survivorship Program. Survivorship is becoming a large part of breast cancer treatment, as more and more women do so well. The overall goal of survivorship is to assist patients in learning more about health issues that may occur following completion of their breast cancer treatment and strategies to address these issues and concerns.

Education

  • Masters in Physician Assistant Studies, Butler University.
  • Board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed in the state of Michigan since 2010. 
  • 8 years of experience in family medicine and women’s health. 
  • Member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants
  • Member of the Michigan Academy of Physician Assistants.
